Trend Group (Tone of Voice)

Collaborating to establish Trend’s Tone of Voice (ToV) guidelines has repositioned the brand with a writing style that is “Illuminatingly Simple”. The ToV guidelines were developed to be more than individual words. Trend was able to easily communicate their brand’s personality by keeping four things in mind: 1. To energise, 2. To write with purpose, 3. To be warm and 4. To simplify. Copywriting and content was written for Trend’s newly launched website.
